i45e engine warmup?

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Hey all, got a new 2023 x5 i45e. first bmw-Sweet car! here in the frozen MN winter, im concerned about the engine being warm enough. typically remote start starts the engine but the 45e it "preconditions" seemingly to me, just the interior. Problem being, 20 below zero, when i take off from a stoplight and give it a little too much past the electric threshold and the engine immediately turns on revs quite high, is the engine properly warm enough for this? usually with gas vehicles we let the engine run until its warm using remote start. any insight would be greatly appreciated!

bump...I'm curious as well

I've seen references to BMW engineers addressing this but no actual info.

I think this has been mentioned before over in the G05 non-M forums, but don't overthink it. Just drive it.
