IMO, it's an MSport with M badges in various parts of the car.
Perfectly fine to do.
Looks GREAT on his BSM X5.

I'm wasn't providing any personal opinion with how a member decides to badge or rebadge their vehicle.

Merely stating a face and confirming to

that a X5 isn't available with a 3.0L I6 M Performance B58B30O1 382HP engine, otherwise known as M40i - eg M340i, M440i, X3 M40i/X4 M40i. And no a M40i badge isn't equivalent to a xDrive40i model with M Sport trim.

Next time, don't quote and take my reply out of context.

Why they keep the rear badging cerium gray when extended shadowline is selected as an option is beyond me. I am not handy at all, but followed advice here and it turned out great!

Next... front reflectors.

That looks awesome. On the topics of wives, I wish mine would let me powder coat my wheels like yours. They look great.

Is there a template I can use to replace my X drive 50i with the M50i name plate?

I will be doing mine soon but will remove the X5 and just leave the black m50i. It will be good and clean I guess. Will see.
