Included M Driving School?

I previously read someplace a while back that a 2021-2022 M purchase of a new vehicle included a one day M drivers school in Thermal or South Carolina. This was a promotion outside of the drivers school you receive if you order the M drivers pack.
Has anyone who has purchased a new M Vehicle received any info on this or actually done the free class?

Best thing to do is call up the performance center and ask if your purchase is eligible for the one day car control (~$850) that you can then use for any other course. The M Driver's School is included IF you get the M Driver's package on your build ($2500).

My car did not come with the package as you mentioned but the dealership did offer to have me join them. I haven't had the chance to take them up on the offer yet. I think the dealer has some discretion on bringing people...at least that was my take on it so you may want to ask your dealer

While the M Drivers Package is a $2,500 option, the credit to the PCD is only $1,550.

The additional cost is for the higher speed limiter.

speaking of that, what are you doing with your new Driver's Package?

Probably going to do the Advanced M School again. I got the $850 repeat customer credit too.

Not sure on dates yet. Life/Work keeps getting in the way.

You "should" be getting some type of Repeat Customer voucher which is worth about $850.

Additionally, if you are a member of the BMWCCA let them know when you book. I think it is either a 10% or 15% discount. Be aware though... the Performance Driving Center doesn't understand math. They will quote you a price, deduct any vouchers and then apply the discount. That is not how things are supposed to work, but they claim it is an "internal policy" to do it that way.

Fortunately, I had an agent book my program the proper way. She then called me back and asked for the additional $500 saying that she did the math "wrong". I refused and asked if they were going to cancel my reservation that has already been paid for. After a few days, they called back and said that their management made the decision to allow the exception. lol

I wonder if BMWNA knows that the Performance Center is devaluing their vouchers.

CCA membership is 15% discount. If you are (also) a member of the M Chapter, the discount is 20%

That’s really weird that the discount is different for groups within the CCA. Glad I’m a member of both my local and M Chapter I guess.
Now, if we can get them to be able to discount properly… that is the challenge.

The M Driver's package also raises the speed limiter. Expensive package, but probably worth the trip.
