21" M Y-spoke bi-color wheels, style 741M with performance run-flat tires

Does anyone know if the tires (rubber) that comes with this option on the 2022 X5 xDrive40i are "summer only" or are they just performance run flats that can be driven all year round?

Thanks,

Mike

On rim sizes above 20”, the builder specs them as non run flat/performance tires. Performance tires, in general, lose “performance” as it gets colder (~<40). Depending on your location, you will need winter tires for colder weather.

what kind of X5? the 45e will get summer performance RFT for 21" because 1) no option for spare tire/wheel and 2) all-season RFT in 21" staggered sizes do not exist. FYI: 22" is not offered for U.S. 45e but is offered in other markets. The 40i and M50i will get summer performance non-RFT for 21/22".

Sorry should have been clearer in the original post.

It's an X5 xDrive40i with the M-Sport package.
