I see a lot of youtube videos showing renderings of 2023 exterior revisions but it’s not clear if they apply to the LCI or the soon to be produced 23. I especially like the reworked taillight pattern.

Can anyone say with authority whether there are any exterior updates, or is the 22 identical to the 23? Thanks.

early production MY23 will be same as MY22. LCI slated for April 2023 will be different (prevailing thought it will release as MY24 but there's someone with "authority" on FB that states otherwise)

I wouldn't waste my time on those. It's all guess work. The X7 LCI was a complete shock for most.

I’m surprised because 2023 pricing has already been released and production is scheduled to start in a few months. Yet all I find online are probably renderings of the LCI. I guess all we can assume for now is that the exterior will be completely identical to the 22.

That is because the renderings and LCI stories refer to the 2023. That is not model year 23 but rather the X5 that will be coming out in 2023.

Right, I was referring to MY23 and lack of pictures for it. Probably means the exterior for the MY23 will look identical to the MY22s.

Based upon my interactions with dealership GM, the early MY2023 will have the revised interior with single curved monitor display similar to that of the iX. Is that inaccurate?

Welcome to the forum. Yes, that is not correct. The changes will not start production until next April as a MY24 in the US.

Thanks TurtleBoy- very helpful. So in short.... the MY23 is the same as the MY22 with exception of seat material change and slight package options + added price tag?

Glad you shared this as I do have an available MY22 allocation and had been considering holding off for the 2023 if it included the interior monitor update.
