Just checked and saw that my X5 45e is scheduled for production, and called the Genius to find out I’m scheduled for Week 36 - 9/4 to 9/10.

I'm 36 as well. Were you able to get multi contoured seats? That is part of the Lux seating package, right? I was told multi contoured seats and merino leather were not available.

Yep! Maybe available with the sensafin? no deletions for my build as of yet. my only true must have is the DAPP.

My dealer was able to create a purchase order form that states that the deposit is non refundable due to it being a custom order. Sales manager has it signed as of last week, so i should be covered under the transition rule. My CA is fantastic though, and I think he's gone above and beyond other CAs in that dealership.

However, I doubt that I'll need this form, given that it's unlikely that the battery guidance will be issued much before year end.

Most folks are reporting Prod date moved closer by 4-5 days.
My 45e went from 8/23 - 8/18.

So, finger crossed.

I am week 36 too. Was assigned last month and hasn’t changed. First BMW, coming from two Acura’s - very excited.

Called BMW Genius hotline at status 111 and 112 to request production date / week, used the F12 trick yesterday when the X5 went to status 150.

Week 36 build, went into production today. Scheduled for 08/31 completion. Unfortunately was unable to get the multi contoured seats and merino. My CA said the only other deletions on the build is lumbar support for passenger.

I was told they were for the 40i, however I believe they are still available for the 45e and m50i.

Same. Called Genius and they said 8/31. Anyone know the typical timeline from production to delivery? (X6 produced in South Carolina).

Not that I'm checking everyday or anything ; ), but my production date just got bumped up to 8/27 this morning. Guys are working quick!
