Drivetrain Malfunction

Luckily on map five with my down pipes and race chip I've been all good but any Higher map would give me the malfunction from time to time

With hard driving and abrupt throttle let up hit happens with exhaust and racechip. Happened a few times with the M8 but way more common on X3M. Only happened once on X5M preLCI. All had racechip and filters or intake and either secondary cat delete or akra.
