Just did front and rear spacers. 12.5mm front and 20mm rear. Rear can probably use 5mm more to be perfect but I think anything over 20mm is to much, even at 20mm I’m a little worried lol. Pretty happy with the outcome!

Quick question, I have seen two versions on removing the mirrors caps: 1 removes the mirrors to tackle the cap from the inside, 2 does not remove the mirror, but done by prying out the cap with some prying tools. Which one you recommend?

remove the mirrors. there are two retaining/tension tabs that are best to manually release the cap from the frame. OTW you risk breaking them. ask me how i know...

Which ones did you go with? and you also get the longer bolts as well?

Got these done today...did not remove the mirrors, but used removing tools carefully and no issues. BTW, go them from Bimmer Plug...for about $300 @ pair.

Next thing is some PPF...

Found them on FB market and the bolts I ordered from ECS I also went with longer ones. Spacer that I found online were also ECS brand, the bolts I went with were 43mm in the front and 50mm for the rear

Ordered through IND-Distribution

If I’m not mistaken they had to order through one of their German suppliers. Took them a few tries to finally find the right part number and get the set with the M60i badges on them.

Pretty much same with this thread, except that I did not remove the sun visor, there were residual left as the sticker was not removed as a whole piece, tweezer takes care of it
