Now vin decorder system is working and showing the options it has. Yesterday at the quality check stage it didn't run. Is this an indication that it cleared the quality check?

Finally. My 45e is out of Production Begins status! It went from Production Begins all the way to awaiting carrier assignment today. I've watched a couple of production plant videos so I can see how that can be done, but still.....that's quick.

You bet. I'm taking her straight to the detailer to get PPF + ceramic so I'll have to go a few more days without full enjoyment. But I'll try to get a few shots at the detailers

I'll need something to stare at while I wait 😂

No, it's not working. I did it once and it came up blank and told me try again. I did so and it says that I have reached my daily limit.

This next part definitely goes fast! On the east coast I went from waiting for carrier assignment right to delivered the dealer in 2 days without any other updates.

Surprisingly an update today: dispatched from factory. I thought the plant was shut down completely on the weekends. Looks like someone is working!

Dealer told me they inquired from the factory in friday afternoon and told me to wait until monday or tuesday for an answer. I m trying to see if VIN decoder working is something promising. Since you got an update today can you check again now and again tomorrow and see if you can get VIN decoder to work. My dealer is 5 hrs away from the factory so its possible if it dispatched it will turn up tomorrow

You can try entering your VIN on the BMW Driver's Guide app.

It won't download the manual if your vehicle truly hasn't come off the line. It throws an error (can't remember the verbiage).

If it downloads, that's good reason to believe it's off the line/on the way
