My Garage - X5 disappeared
Vehicle was awaiting carrier assignment, site was down and then it disappeared completely and now there is no option to track status. We are doing PCD but anybody know if this is normal?

Sorry just to clarify: you are not able to add another vehicle to track any longer? Can you try again using your production number?

Have you completed your purchase paperwork (they recommend about a week before PCD date?) In that you'll complete the Connected BMW service agreement. If you used the same email address you used for My Garage, it should be transparent. If not, you need to create a new My BMW account with the same email. You don't get the full access to the vehicle until your CA activates your Connected BMW account. (Security reasons.)
I had the car twice in My Garage. Once under the Production Number, and then later under the VIN. IIRC, when I did PCD last year, the tracking went from "Awaiting Carrier Assignment" to "At the Dealer" when it was delivered to the Performance Center. That was about the time I completed the paperwork and I was able to start physically tracking the vehicle in the My BMW App. A day or two after it was delivered to the PC, the Production number listing disappeared from My Garage. The VIN version doesn't display the production status. In the My BMW App I was able to see the vehicle get moved around at the PC in the days before I picked it up. Gerry
