No Source Available for Phone

Has anyone seen this?

Neither connected thru regular bluetooth or CarPlay works for the phone connection.

Music plays fine thru either method, but as soon as you make or receive a call it displays No Source Available.

Tried removing it all, short of restoring idrive to factory settings.

Taking to the dealer tomorrow.

Did you tried to restart iDrive by pressing the volume button and holding it for 20 secs?
