Same experience here. Dealer always took care of me., I think OP needs a new dealer.
It is insane to go over some lists at the dealer. It is their job to prep and check the car. I always refuse Genius or sales people delivery sh-peals - just take it and go - takes 2 minutes for delivery
I agree. Time to find a new dealership. The last 2 cars we've purchased had some cosmetic issues that we didn't see until after we got home. We called our CA and he made sure the scratches were taken care of. We were also missing the drivers manual with one and he replaced it shortly after we contacted him. I always bring the car home and do a thorough detail to catch all of these things.
