Car has a slight lean to the right

Anyone else have this? Car leans to the right when I keep my steering wheels straight, as in, will start to turn the car into the right lane (if I were in the middle lane), especially at higher speeds. Tires don’t seem to have uneven tread wear. Anyone know what that could be?

Yup - this. My X5 acted the same after hitting a very deep pot hole, driving late night in Boston where I couldn't see/avoid. It's one of the reasons I went with 19 inch rims... tire and rims were fine but my alignment got knocked out immediately.

Next oil change, have BMW fix. Or, for less $$ have NTB or other tire franchise address.

Will they charge for this or is it covered?

How many miles do you have on it? Generally not covered, but if it has been a problem since day one you might get it covered.

Not covered. My dealer charged $150. NTB or others will charge $95 or in that range.

Did you hit anything? Curb, pothole, etc.

Im sure I've hit minor irregularities on the road but nothing major that I can remember. It's strange because if i place the steering wheel directly at the center, the car moves to the right, but if i leave the steering wheel slightly to the left, the car will veer to the left, so that "right pull" is only there when I place the steering wheel at the center. Im hoping its the alignment

It was definitely the alignment. The dealer did alignment on the car it it has made a huge difference. I also had the steering wheel column replaced and asked that the steering wheel be aligned as well which they claimed to have done but not documented on the work order sheet that I received. But all is well
