Hi -

I worked a deal with that included a "fleet rebate". After negotiating the deal I presented my PenFed rebate for $3,250. The dealer said it is not combinable and I have to pick one or the other...I cant find much information online about this so I am hoping that someone with experience can assist.

The PenFed says it is combinable with all other offers unless you finance with BMWFS.

PenFed says it is combinable with "general and national incentives" - so pick one or the other or have PenFed talk to the dealer.

Your dealer is correct, Penfed is the domestic military program and cannot be combined with the fleet/corp sales discount if you read the fine print in the corp sales certificate.

Thank you! I have another dealing willing to give me the close to the same price that does not include the "fleet rebate" - are only certain dealerships allowed to apply the fleet rebates?

It does say "offer available only at participating, authorized BMW and MINI dealers" so I guess a dealer can choose not to participate although I don't see why. It is a manufacturer rebate and should not have anything to do with the dealer's profit margin...
