'19 X5 Loose Seat Bolts/Bolt Location?

I have a "project" X5 xDrive50i with only 525 miles (long story). Put about 100 miles on it and the drivers seat has become loose. I really have not taken much of a look at it, but are the seat bolts accessed from underneath the vehicle?

I know there was a recall for loose seat/seatbelt bolts on some units but my VIN doesn't show that as a recall and if they are easy to access, I can just tighten them on my own....

Once I looked at it in the daylight it was actually pretty simple to access the mounting bolts. Problem was both back bolts were completely missing....

Replaced using a couple of M10 cap bolts from the hardware store and tightened the fronts. All good now....

I hope it was with the proper grade of bolt? In an accident, incorrect grade fasteners could malfunction.

Temporary fix. Looked it up on RealOEM and will stop by the local dealer and pick up a couple of the proper Fillister head bolts...
