I think you mean .00215. Tell them you want the base rate which is .00195.

Thanks. Yes, I think that is a regional offering but have not checked all regions to verify it.

Boy, that wouldn't be a good thing in states like California where the license plate stays with the vehicle. No transfer to another vehicle.
That extra 3 months over the normal 36 month lease would have the owner paying for another 12 months for registration costs and no way to get a refund after the 3 extra months are up at leases end. Registration costs are about $1K on a vehicle that costs over 100K here.
I would hope BMW doesn't offer a 39 month lease in California?

I have seen some discussions from folks in CA saying the same thing. One person thought they had a way around it but for the most part people said they would skip the 39 month lease.

The savings per month from 36mo to 39mo and lower mf would probably cover the extra year of registration. With the lower residuals it’s possible to get out of the lease before 3 years. Have your SA run both and see if it works for your situation. Always good to have choices.

I believe that special is only for 40i trims. Not sure what OP is seeking.

Correct..39 month lease special is only on the 40i and you must qualify for Loyalty.
