Front and Rear 12V Sockets Not Working?

Just acquired a X5MComp. Naturally I immediately attempted to plug in my Uniden R8 but no power from the front or rear outlets. Fuses are good. Any ideas? 🤔
I will eventually hardwire, but not immediately.
