I confess that I am actually really onto the fence.
What happened? I sold 4 brand new exhaust tips to a guy and he payed with Paypal under condition goods sold. After reception of the items he opened a claim against me at Paypals, the items were scratched and not as described unused.
After the typical soft Paypal negotiation attempts I'd provided them with some pictures taken right before shipping and ask for buyers response to support me with some certain pictures of the complained damages but no response at all.
Today Paypal had closed the file against me and I have to expect to get my items back and the buyer would be refunded with the full sum on my expenses.

You know what I ASSume? The dude was not bright enough to mount the tips properly and damaged them at attempt to tighten or whatever. Thats a real attempt to fraud the seller and I consider legal support right now.

In light of this threadI have a confession:

As a young buck, I used to goto Meijers when my moms shift started and would be picked up a few hours later from my dad. Well, being supplied like $5, only lasted so long on video games and having no source of income being around 12 or so..I improvised. The video games were not pushed up next to each other to allow for the arcade service techs to get to the back covers if/when needed. I noted this and it struck my interest. While peaking around the back, the tech once forgot to lock the back cover. Slid the back cover out of the way, and I was able to reach the coin insert trigger....instant FREE credits. Had access to the actual coin drop, but considered that stealing and left it alone. I know...what logic right LOL. Then one day, I got caught since I got too relaxed and didnt note the position of the arcade employee when I went around to the back. Was no longer welcomed in that arcade; #PermBan #AssWhopinByDad. Also did the coin on a string/magnet trick and flattening nickels to quarter sizes.....so creative as a child LOL. #BadMonkey

In NJ we had toll tokens ($.35) and when I couldnt find quarters around the house, I would "borrow" the tokens from my mom and dads cars to play $.25 games. It wasn't very smart but I needed my fix

That reminds me, I need to pay them back soon

I did omit the part to where I would come with my own tools to pry open the back if in the event the cabinet backing was locked. Or that credits on machines were sold to other customers at a discount...but I digress

Would goto Pace (like Cosco/BJ's) and buy bulk boxes of lemon heads, Boston baked beans, and Now and Laters and sell out of my locker at breaks for $0.50each. I think the cost per box was like $0.15ea or so at bulk. This lasted for awhile until a teacher caught wind of my "business" and shut me down. Would be sold out by lunch time and have a pocket full of quarters (for legit arcade game play)

Me and my friend found a 40oz nearly full in our neighborhood and before he wanted to take a sip...I said, let me go show my brother. Needless to say, when I returned...it was slightly more full but my bladder was a bit less.
