2024 X5 50e (Remote Parking)

FWIW, I called BMW support yesterday and spoke with a genius who said that Remote Control Parking is only for iPhones right now, and isn't available for Android. So that's an answer direct from BMW. Too bad that little detail isn't published anywhere that I could find.

A bit frustrating that documentation around requirements for this is lacking. I would have really appreciated knowing that this was an iPhone only capability when I bought the vehicle. I would also like to see something confirming that UWB is required for this. I am considering picking up new Pixel 8 but it does not include UWB and I would need the Pixel 8 pro for that.

I saw on a press release the android compatibility is coming March 2024
