Got it, thanks! Just for the heck of it, I got a estimate today from penfed around 5.69% which is pretty decent for 72 mos (given the current interest rate env). I wonder if I need to have a full loan approval & check with me when I go to the dealership for my car. IF they can match the rate I can switch if incentivized to BMWFS.

Check Navy Fed, they are at 5.04% for 72 mos. You should work tat out beforehand since you will need the check when you go if you want to pick it up. The dealer can't reduce the BMWFS rate but may have outside sources.

We've made it through scarce inventory levels, and BMW back on track for most of their model lineup.

You do not have to lease/buy a car from us, but please use our numbers when shopping for one. There are still way too many posts of people paying MSRP or higher.

Money Factor buy rate: .00165, .00125 (39 mo lease loyalty for x5 40i)
Finance rate: 4.99% for up to 60 months on finance/select

Here is the latest breakdown of % off you should aim for before any rebates.
Loyalty is a $1000 incentive.

If you can't get close, please give us a shout.

7% off x5 x or sdrive40i
4% off x5 M60 and 50e (limited allocation)
2% off X5M (limited allocation)

x6 all trim levels are weak still, so 3% is your target

Remember, discount + buy rate for the win!

We plan to update this every month, so the community can get a good idea of discount and inventory levels.

Thank you!

What is the current best for a 24 X5 M60i, 4% off MSRP? + 750 loyalty? In addition to corporate discount?

You can't combine loyalty and corporate, it is one or the other.

Spoke to the SA, he said straight up that they usually mark up the buy rate by a point , he said he could do 5.9 and nothing less then that. PenFed seems the most reasonable right now (5.69)

Hello Dan,

Can you help buyers in North Carolina. I'm not getting anywhere close, on my 2024 X5 xdrive 40i. All the dealers here are asking for MSRP.(No Discounts)

Not sure if it's the market conditions for the area(contacted 3 Dealers). Would appreciate any advice you could give.

Thank you

Thank you for this...I am just starting my search and looking to build X6. The discount of 3%--is that lease, purchase or either?

Thanks!

Yes! Lease or Purchase shouldn't matter

Remember, make sure you pair it with the buy rate on the MF or APR

I got 4.75 with a small local credit union, Penfed and BMWFS were giving me similar quotes as you were getting. Maybe check locally?

EDIT: this is for 36m though, 72 month would be higher.

Just wanted to share - I found Dan on this board last week when I was trying to find a good deal on a 2024 X5... seeing as how dealer is only offering $1000-$1750 (including loyalty) off MSRP, but my prior experiences have always been 8-12% off MSRP on my own, no broker. I was a little weary because how does Dan earn his money? But he charges a flat $499, refundable if you don't take delivery - and he is SUPER responsive. I just put in my custom 2024 X5 40i order last week through him with a dealer and I should have my new car fingers crossed by end of May - with a 7% discount off MSRP plus I did corporate discount of $750 since loyalty required financing and I want to pay cash. Even though the dealer is out of state for me, we still will be able to process the trade and work on shipping to me as well. So far GREAT experience, now the wait is going to kill me, but hopefully the time flies!

Oh great news! I was wondering about how it works with a trade. I will also reach out to him as well.

Yes but probably best to verify with your dealer.

My dealer is quoting 30K minimum for the finance amount ? Is there a way to verify ?

They are just trying to get extra money on the markup. I would just tell them the minimum is $7,500 and if they insist on making it $30k then tell them ok but you will be paying that off within a week. That will cause them to be charged back and they will end up losing money, make it their choice. If they make the minimum $7,500 then tell them you will wait the three months so they don't get charged.
