Going for Urban Green, and planning to put XPEL Stealth over it.

It's your X5, as long as you like the color that is all that matters.

Yea, the individual website can be overwhelming. We went with Java Green and there's another G05 forum member that went with Atlantis. Looking at the website now, it looks like they added a new color Frozen Tulum Blue. I honestly cannot remember seeing it last March when we ordered ours.

X6* but yes for sure. I'll still post plenty of pictures and chuckle at the wide spectrum of responses if/when I get it though.

I just couldn't help but notice all the varied comments when I was searching for real life pictures of the color.

Yea they seem to change those up every year-ish? Depends on what paint the Spartanburg plant can get a hold of and what BMW says is allowed I guess.

The Individual website was helpful with getting a general idea of which colors I like, but sheesh the renders on that website are terrible.

I know leaks showed that there arent many changes to the standard color offerings for the LCI, but I wonder if there will be any changes on the Individual side.

I get really nervous about BMW's design language. After looking at how the XM, iX and new 7 series turned out, I feel like it has all gotten so busy. I got in a new 7 series and thought I was going to get a headache. There are so many angles, shapes, textures, colors - it's just too much.

I really love the BMW product line right now. Recently, I built several competing models from Audi and MB online for a variety BMW comparisons - X5, 5 Series, 3 series, etc. and BMW has exactly the equipment packaging I like, engine options, emphasis on performance and tastefully performance oriented design. However, with these newest designed models and what we see coming on the LCIs...I don't know.

Personally, I struggle to see many luxury car buyers who have the income to spend on a $120,000 car going for the bonkers looking new seven when the new S-class is so achingly gorgeous and elegant - the perfect evolution of tastefully understated decadence. The 7 series just looks like it rolled out of a cartoon. I hope that doesn't flow all the way downhill, but based on Bimmer's same-sausage-different-length formula, I am not holding out hope. I better enjoy it while it's here.

As previously mentioned, no lateral slats for the MSport. Will probably see them on the X5M.

Correct. That’s what I intended on the previous post. Lateral should be coming. Possibly even as an M performance part as well for other models.

I don’t think the stalks are illuminated on any G05 versions. There is just a small LED indicator on the wiper stalk to indicate when the wipers are on.

Not in Canada
M Sport Package - $2,500.00 Same as 45e

But unlike 45e where you can pay 500$ to black out the front grill, now you also need to get M Pro package - $2000

I’m honestly surprised it’s legal to use most of those ID8 features when driving. It’s a distracted driving nightmare.

It’s literally like trying to text and drive just putting the car in sport mode or adjusting climate control.

Didn’t BMW announce they were changing this interface yet again in a year or two?

I'm going to have both for a while from May this year, M3 with id8 and X5 with id7 in parallel, plan to do a sort of review because I am in the camp id8 is a downgrade.

Hey guys!

Random question. Is it worth getting Run flat tires for 50e?
Do they negatively affect the ride quality and noise levels?

I would expect the most of negatives will be countered by the suspensions but most of the people tend to disagree.

What are your thoughts on the same?
