Who is going to fix it?
Bought new X5. Noticed vibration starting from 35 mph and up. Dealer replaced drive shaft. Got my car back in two weeks with replaced drive shaft. Still a steering wheel vibration at any speed now. Back to the dealer who sold and replaced a drive shaft; they said it is normal. Took it to other (bigger) dealership, they found the issue with tires, flat spots, but could not fix it since it is not the place I bought it from (I guess tires are not covered by warranty). Came back to my dealership with all the paperwork and documented issue, they said you car is fine and that dealership is mistaking and you are (me) too sensitive; service manager said not gonna do anything. Not sure what to do next. It is vibrating and for $70k should not be there. Recorded conversation with service manager, but probably can not attach here.

I would contact BMW Customer Relations and ask them to get involved.
