All of a sudden, I have lost all of the apps... no climate rules, weather, news, etc. Just a blank screen. Also, I don't think I'm getting traffic info. And I believe there used to be an 'update' screen in the general settings but I now can't find it.

I've completed the system reset thing by holding the power button but it didn't make a difference.

Trying to avoid a dealer trip.

Trying going to APPS > Installed apps, then hitting the OPTION button on iDrive and selecting Update apps and services.

I upgraded to 2021.07 and all of my apps disappeared. I waited a bit and did that and they all came back.

Thanks for the suggestion. Not sure what happened but all the apps are back today. I didn’t do anything. Maybe a bad update? I’m still on the 03/21.

welcome to the life of no apps, connectivity, no carplay or android auto. I feel the car is semi crippled.
