MF is probably marked up (2.6% vs your 3.6%). I believe it's .00111 for November. Not sure of incentives so check those. I'm paying less than that with a similar amount down including first month for an X5M Competition. Granted times were MUCH better a year ago when I ordered, but I'd shop around a bit more if I were you.

I actually just got my custom built M50i this Tuesday. Per my lease my mf is .00096 and RV $44,343 (49%). At a 36m/15k year lease. I also got a 3% discount and paid less out of pocket then what they’re asking from you.

If you want. Pm me and I can share the broker I worked with to get this deal.

Happy hunting!

I have received quotes with 0$ down, 36/12, and everything rolled into the monthly payments between $1,550 and $1,785 for a 94K MSRP vehicle build.
The MF is 0.00111 for Nov and all dealers foresee that it will go even higher in the coming couple of months.

I would wait couple of months, otherwise I would look for other offers.

At those prices I would just buy - shoot I think you can still find a 6yr auto loan at 3% which would would be cheaper than those payments w/ no money down.

Well actually that is why I bought this time vs leasing my past 3 - the finances didn't make any sense on the lease and at the time there was additional money down and a lower rate on the buy.

that money factor is brutal, which is par for the course in this current market. Financing options to purchase are much better by comparison.

These leases are insane. My OTD price was about 90k (96 sticker) and on a 7yr loan at 1.99% I'm at 1100/mo, nothing down. I've done these long loans now 3 cars in a row instead of leasing and break even around month 30 usually. I see zero reason to lease anymore unless the financing market changes, as I get a ton more flexibility and no complicated lease negotiation with multiple variables.

91k sticker on a M50i for the wife. 14k cap cost down, taxes and fees upfront. Monthly will be 880. Thoughts?

If you're putting 14K cap cost down, you should be financing and NOT leasing.

Why? The residual is .51 the buyout will be about 45k. I'm paying roughly 45k to lease it then 45 to buy it out. So 90k all in. If I finance, I'm paying sticker, isn't it the same? It's her work car so I don't want a high payment. If it gets totaled and I lose the 14k wouldn't I also lose that in depreciation when I drive it off the lot if financed?

I was questioning if the monthly looked correct. The math works out imo. 1300 without the cap reduction and 880 post reduction.

+1 What he said. If you were to roll in the taxes and fees and pay $0 down, it'd come roughly to $1,500 a month, which is within the new "normal" range.

Local credit union. I haven't been able to make a lease beat it yet, and I've been trying for the last 5yrs.
