I'd also like feedback on the xpel tint. Does it affect the HUD? I had llumar on a Volvo XC60 and it made the HUD look like it had orange peel.

I have Xpel XR Plus on my windshield and moonroof.

Helps the HUD be more clear. No orange peel at all.

i have XR plus installed on all windows except windscreen, tailgate, moonroof. heat rejection is very good. it also doesn't negatively affect the auto-dimming of the instrument cluster or control display. I'm in Virginia.

you're welcome!

i don't think one needs to tint the moonroof, but maybe if you lived in a desert type location? i've read incidents of shattered moonroofs after tint was applied because it 'disrupted the assembly's thermal design' or something to that affect, so i personally didn't risk it.

I've always had Suntek but got XPEL on the front/passenger and windshield (stock on back in CA).

VERY happy with it and IMO biggest difference is the windshield tint. It's very subtle but heat rejection is amazing, have been parked in direct sunlight plenty of times and the car doesn't get hot!

on my front driver/passenger windows, the XPEL tint changes a few outside colors enough to notice. Do you notice this with your windshield tint?

Did a very light tint color on the front (most don't notice it's tinted) so haven't seen any different colors.
