I have a 2021 g05. Just updated software via idrive version: 07/2021.50 and for some reason I can not disable (via bimmercode) the auto start option when I was able to code it off before this OTA update. I am annoyed cuz I hate the auto start feature. Drives me nuts. Has anyone figured a way around it? Thanks in advance!

I didn't try to code ASS off because I don't mind it when I am in Comfort or Eco. However, I did code mine to start up in Sport mode, which has ASS off by default. That works pretty well for me.

I always reboot iDrive immediately after any update whether it be an Over the Air (OTA) or dealer installed update.

Push and hold the volume button for about 30 seconds until the iDrive Screen goes blank. Then try the coding again after the reboot has finished.

If you still can't code "ASS" off please update us here so we can see if this is a trend with the 07/2021.xx update.
