I've not used 3.27 for years so can't comment with authority. If it's working for you and your use case then it should be fine.

There may be some restrictions if you were planning to flash ECU but I don't believe you are planning to do that, so should be good.

You should call BMW for ESys tech support

For the record, my installation has the same basic bug. 3.34 (that says "EditNCD"), fails to do so, but NCD file can be edited by FDL-Editor directly. 3.33 (that says "<Svt.CompareView.edit.fdl.name>"), works fine (opens and edits NCD file in FDL-Editor). Don't know about 3.35, waiting until 11/2020.xx update to get ESysX update that will support it. I use 3.33 because of this on my current, year-old ISTEP.

Curious, is 3.35.3 the latest version of Esys? Also where would I find that version? I'm on 3.34.0 as well.

I think EsysX mentions a version all the way up to 3.36.1 in the settings tab.

I just took delivery of a MY2022 40i and want to start coding. What version of Esys, Launcher Pro, and data file should I be using? where do I download these?

Thanks

I am attempting to code anti-dazzle. I have eSysX v3 (2021.07.23), and currently have eSys 3.33.4. What version should I use?

Can someone help me with finding the link for the latest eSys 3.35 mentioned in this thread?

Esysx isn't available anymore. They moved to esysnext cloud service. I recommended to use either bimmerutility or esysultra. If you want something similar to esysx then get esysultra.
