i went from never owning a V8 to about to have 2 in the span of a year (got an E93 M3 this summer).

Will be getting my m50i in January as well. Arctic Grey/Cognac and instead Driver Assist Pro, I ordered the massaging seats. The rest is the same.

very different. blasting off in the m3 with the top down is a whole sensory experience. but yes, i expect lots of grinning with tt v8

If you have a stock exhaust and get the ECS mod (like $80), blasting off in a E93 sounds like a screaming Valkyrie from hell.

I heard a lot of exhausts on that car but in the end I preferred the simple ECS mod on the stock exhaust.

is that the bypass thing where they cut the cans open, or something else?

I've got an akra slip on sitting in a box waiting for my garage to be put back together after construction. so frustrating! haven't been able to drive it in 3 months because it's sitting at my parents house an hour away.
