For those with Cognac leather, which interior did you select... options are:
1) Aluminum Tetragon
2) Brown Metallic Ash Grain
3) Anthracite Brown Poplar Matte

I think we're mainly deciding between #2 and #3 but it's hard to tell on the website and we're too busy/lazy to go back into the dealer to see in person!

I chose Tetragon. I honestly am not a fan of any of the choices they provide. I wish we could go carbon fiber or piano black! Tetragon was most sporty looking too me

I did the same. I thought the other two brown options would clash with the seat color.

I received a message from the dealer prior to the holiday that BMW has accepted the order. Is it too late to change the interior trim? All this happened too quickly for me to figure these details out!

You should still be able to make changes.

We wanted the fineline wood, but it wasn’t available when we ordered, so went metallic brown to go with our coffee interior.

Will let you know how it turns out!

In rhe meantime, try different options on the Individual configurator/visualizer:

I went with 3. Wanted wood and wanted to see/feel the grain. It was the only choice. The other is quite glossy based on sample shown at the dealer.

Do you have your car yet? If so, send a pic please! We have the brown poplar matte trim w/ the cognac leather on order now but not production. It seems like it should be fine as the computer rendering makes the wood grain more pronounced in than it is in reality and thus don't "Think" it will clash with the Cognac -- also its a matte finish, subtle. Just second guessing whether or not to go with the aluminum Tetragon...

Not happy with the choices available as well. Wanted fineline-stripe. I chose the Anthracite-Brown Poplar Matte Finish Wood, with tartufo merino leather....

No problem. The configurator makes it look more brown than it actually is. In real life there is more of a grayish hue to it. I think it pairs well. Good luck.

I went with #2...saw the combo at the dealership and it looked like classic BMW! Can't go wrong with any of them, though. Cheers!
