Rear Entertainment gone?!

Seems like the Canadian build doesn't offer rear entertainment on X5/X6. Was this announced and is it due to chip shortage?
What other options are missing?

The entire vehicle has been ravaged with missing standard and optional options. The list is long and disturbing. Not the time to buy a luxury vehicle.
