I called and estimated completion 8/6/19. Unbelievable, I thought production wasn't even gonna start until 8/19/19.

Strange, as of 8:41 pm US eastern time. I'm not able to track my vehicle on MyBMW via a browser on a computer. However, I'm able to do so on my cell phone.

Update:
--MY2019 with Tartufo
--Order placed on June 22, 2019
--CA informed me that my car was half way done on July 19, 2019
--MyBMW indicates that the vehicle has entered assembly line on July 24, 2019
--Checked again today (June 26, 2019), vehicle has been dispatched from factory.

So website for me still shows as 'production begins'. I just called the automated line and they said it has entered the body shop. Great! But it also said estimated completion date is August 29th. Not great! I can only assume they meant July 29th? Will speak to someone live if the automated line still says that in the morning.

I just called to check my build and it hasn't changed, it is still production begins with an Aug 4 completion date.

My guess is that the manufacturing line isn't integrated all that tightly integrated into the production status site/phone. It's probably manually updated every now an then by hand. I guess we'll just have to wait a bit and see what happens.
