Hi everyone,
I just got a small tear at left rear tyer last night by hitting the curb (picture attached). Should I be worried ...? Advice is appreciated.. Thanks all, |

I have had an exact tear on my Maserati rear wheel for months. Not to worry. I simply used rubber cement. This is an issue with these low profile performance tires, but they do look good. I’m still going to get the 22 inch wheels on our X5 anyway.

Hm. Not a tire expert at all, but an engineer here, so ... that little bit of laminated rubber is just cosmetic then and has no functional attachment to the functional bead section?
