I have a general formula for NGHB. But, have not tested.

In what other coding are you interested?
Alpina dash, more interior lighting options and of course the laser lights.

Found all, but untested.

For colors, just need https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_rgb.asp

would the colors be preprogrammed or is this something that would be a set change until recoded? Is it possible to configure the accent color differently from the main one on the fly?

Same coding should work for both.

No, it cannot be changed without E-sys. It will also not change the UI in IDrive. You are substituting schemes. In other words, you would have to remember that all blue is really something else, for example.

There are three layers (dash/door/floor); you can code them to be same color or different.

that's not bad, I mainly wanted red as an option or red up top + blue bottom or something like that. So it can be done pretty easily then?

Is it the same as on the F15 (remove 8S4, then VO code BDC_Body)?

Same FDL's, but 8S4 is not even present in G05 so VO coding will not work.

So how do you code VLD on the G05?

I'll have local G05 X5 coming in soon.
I will play around with it.

My guess, it would be not too much different than G15 8-series which I've coded already.
The only area that can't be touch currently is the iDrive system.

I still need to set up the programs again, I'll be in touch once I get that done. I currently have some other issues to address like my lovely leaking tire :

Nothing wrong. Just not code-able yet.

I gotta get on the coding as well but need a newer software

Hey Almaretto, do you know if EsysX will all enable me to access most of the ECU's as you have been able to? That is, they are not trimmed? I emailed the guys at esysx but no response. I'm wondering if you could shed some light?
thanks

I have heard second-hand reports that E-sysX has updated mapping. I cannot say personally.

I did it in about 3 mins...well worth the ~$60 for the app + the OBD2 adapter.
Hi
Which OBD2 Adapter are you using? Thanks.

I was able to have my US G05 coded for a Display Key via Bimmertech.

I can test if you need? Also have you found anything that allows the laser high beams to work at full power?
