you DONT need to exercise anymore

If your a couch potato your onto a winner and you where right all along.

"Standing quietly, a 150-pound person burns about 114 calories per hour, or 912 calories in eight hours"

a 400 calorie snickers bar is burnt off in 4 hours,,,, by doing NOTHING, NADA, ZIP.

if you can manage to eat 900 calories 8 hours; thats 1800 calories in 16 hours
you WILL loose weight.

So I'm off home to pull up the coach, jack into netflixs, and watch ST: Voyager

If I get up to go to the washroom, I'll burn even more calories.

WOO HOO WIN WIN WIN

STANDING - like any 'good news for dieting' there is a catch, buried in that fine print. No sitting for you. Of course you can also bank the money from all that furniture you can now sell, since you are always standing.

It's far, FAR easier to just eat ice cubes and melt away the fat. 160 calories/liter of ice.

Of course that's CALORIES, not kilo-CALORIES which is what most dietary measurements are based upon.

Where did you get those calories burned facts?

I burn about 72 calories per hour doing absolutely nothing (resting heart rate mid 50s)

I would be happy if I was actually burning 50% at rest than I thought!

Just stand your couch up on one end and prop it up with a 2x4.

There used to be a sub shop near my office that offered a 2500 calorie sub. 3ft long and filled with everything and every topping they had. You'd have to do a shitload of standing to burn that off.

Best way to lose weight is to go work for UPS. There's a reason you don't see fat UPS drivers.

I eat roughly 4000-5000 calories a day. How does this exercise burn those calories?

What if I just have UPS come to my house everyday? Any benefits from that? I'm not looking to be Mr Olympia or anything just a six pack would do.

Hauling in all those packages every day would burn some calories for sure. Order heavy stuff.
