Angry Problem 12v charge

Hello i buy crashed 45e)))
everything was not so bad, but faced with the problem of charging 12v the system constantly turns off at startup and does not load 12v!
ISTA throws errors

the problem is that the entire system has been checked; power is supplied to all blocks; there are fuses; all live battery terminals are new ((
I can't figure out what's wrong
The car starts but does not want to charge 12v (giving a drive error)

the generator in the box is trying to start several times you can hear it! but then it stops, but the sounds are not very pleasant (

The 45e does not have a conventional generator/alternator as is typical of an ICE. When needed, the HVB power a DC-DC power supply to create the needed low-voltage power for the 12vdc system.

During operation, the EV motor can switch between motor and alternator, primarily during regeneration, but can function for longer periods of time to bring the 12vdc system up to at least the minimum levels.

During a severe enough crash, there are some things that get disconnected to help prevent a HV shock, electrical fire, and probably some other things. To restore normal functions, you'd have to replace or reset all of those components.

I don't know enough of the specifics on the 45e to aid you...hopefully, someone else can. It sounds like there's something in the EME that either needs to be reset, or replaced.

I wish I could help more...I don't have enough knowledge about how the whole system works.
