Problem 12v charge
Hello i buy crashed 45e)))
everything was not so bad, but faced with the problem of charging 12v the system constantly turns off at startup and does not load 12v! ISTA throws errors the problem is that the entire system has been checked; power is supplied to all blocks; there are fuses; all live battery terminals are new (( I can't figure out what's wrong The car starts but does not want to charge 12v (giving a drive error) the generator in the box is trying to start several times you can hear it! but then it stops, but the sounds are not very pleasant ( 03064D Vehicle dynamics control: HSR, EPS, VDP, limited availability yes 030E06 power management: Reduction or shutdown of individual yes electricity consumers 030E07 power management: reduction or shutdown of individual unknown electricity consumers 030E0A power management: Generator or DC/DC converter failure no 030EDD high-voltage power management: power limitation of the DC/DC converter no 030EEB high-voltage power management: no start of the high-voltage system despite Requirement yes 031416 converter electric machine, current sensor phase U: signal implausible no 03141E Inverter electric machine, current sensor phase V: signal implausible no 031426 converter electric machine, current sensor phase W: signal implausible no 0316BA Info emergency manager: electric machine deactivated (active short circuit) yes 0316BF Info Emergency running manager: Electric machine deactivated (freewheel) Yes 0316D1 High-voltage battery unit: Category 1 error Yes 0316D7 high-voltage battery unit: category 7 error, immediate opening of the contactors no 21A111 Info Emergency running manager: Engine speed limitation level 1, request EME no 21A113 Info Emergency running manager: Engine speed limitation stage 3, request EME yes 21A11A Info emergency manager: MSA deactivation, switch-on prompt Combustion engine, EME requirement no 21A124 Info emergency manager: quick switch-on prompt Combustion engine, EME requirement yes 21F11B high-voltage battery: contactors open under load no 21F157 High-voltage vehicle electrical system, preload: Short circuit of both high-voltage lines to each other unknown 21F1F6 high-voltage battery, contactors: shutdown after error no 21F1F8 high-voltage battery, preload: blocked due to exceeding maximum number of failed attempts no 222365 Electric machine converter, safety function: Freewheel circuit not possible yes 2223AA converter electric machine, IGBT control: short circuit or no Error memory list, chassis no.: WBATA6106 1/2 Interruption detected 22335D EME: internal error (safety function) yes 235410 Info Emergency running manager: Idle speed increase, requirement EME yes |

The 45e does not have a conventional generator/alternator as is typical of an ICE. When needed, the HVB power a DC-DC power supply to create the needed low-voltage power for the 12vdc system.
During operation, the EV motor can switch between motor and alternator, primarily during regeneration, but can function for longer periods of time to bring the 12vdc system up to at least the minimum levels. During a severe enough crash, there are some things that get disconnected to help prevent a HV shock, electrical fire, and probably some other things. To restore normal functions, you'd have to replace or reset all of those components. I don't know enough of the specifics on the 45e to aid you...hopefully, someone else can. It sounds like there's something in the EME that either needs to be reset, or replaced. |
