I like the carbon fiber one - it’s very cool looking, sturdy, slim, quality. It’s a showpiece. The leather one is less expensive but also looks a bit generic. That said I’m glad to have gotten two different ones because it makes key identification (mine vs. wife’s) very easy.

While I use phone as key everyday, I ordered a very cheap transparent case from temu costing ~3 bucks and it fits perfectly and feels pretty nice. As a bonus, it makes the trunk button less prone to accidental trigger but you can still use all button pretty easily. I am very happy with it

I have the same issue with my iPhone...drop it regularly on concrete, granite mall/airport floors etc. I don't know how people can carry around a $1K mini computer/phone and not protect it, but that's just me. |

I bought this one, it's expensive, nearly $10 but fits great (little tight) and looks awesome, real leather.

I got this for $0.99, received in less than two weeks.
Now shows $4.36 for me, if you are first time user, you probably can get cheaper price. Decent protector. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32568...yAdapt=glo2usa |

Has anyone found a good key ring or clip that works with the newest 2024 key FOB? A standard key ring is basically impossible to get through the opening at the bottom of the FOB. The ring must be quite small or some sort of clip I would think.

FYI for the purchase via Amazon they had a 20% off coupon that applied to both. Plus, given Xmas returns through January 31st of 2024. It was a no-brainer decision as if not happy they go back. 👍 |

Just curious, although the goal is to keep the key protected from scratches does the carbon material feel like it will scratch easily? Was trying to decide between the carbon or the #2 M logo leather case (I like the design) although I hear it’s bulky. Lastly, will the inside of the carbon case scratch the fob?

Picked up the one below on Amazon for my LCI. Fits the FOB and works well with a key ring.

I bought this leather cover for my key; snug fit and not too bulky. There are several color options for both the leather and the stitching, but I’m vanilla so I went with black for both. Pretty pleased with the product. Here’s a link to the site: https://keyfob-timotheus.com/product...-cover-bm-88-1
