Right rear seat unlocked error

I keep getting this error since 3 days. My X5 setup includes 3rd row. I doubt checked many times and there's nothing under the seats, clean as new. First time I tried to fold/unfold second and third row and the error disappeared. Now, it's coming again and whatever I do it's not going.

Anyone faced this issue before? how long do you think it will take with the dealership if dropped it for a fix?

Mine is 2022 model. But with document, I think I have no option but scheduling a maintenance appointment. Do you know how long it takes?
