If you can find tire installer will do it then I say go ahead. I just tired of finding tire installer to agree to install them.

Will Discount Tire not install them for you?

Most tire shops in my area don’t have an issue putting on bigger tires, as long as they aren’t X% larger.

Discount tires will not install for me. Because size differences and speed rating difference. Oem is 111Y, geolandar is 111W but the primacy tour is 111H.

Oh, I see.

FWIW, the Yokohama’s have the larger sizes as well.

I just purchased tires this past week (21” staggered setup) and tried to order the Geolander but discount tire was all out of the rear sizes…no ETA for restock. I ended up going with the Hankook Ventus S1 EVO 3.

The current P Zeros on the X5 were installed Feb 2023 and are about 1-2 months away from needing to be replaced (11k miles). The tread wear on them is just ridiculous, hopefully the Ventus last a little longer once I install them.

I had the Cont’s first, they lasted 14k miles.

Next up were the PZero’s, actually seem be lasting over 20k miles.

I have the 21" staggered Hankook's from the factory. 20k miles so far and still plenty of tread left
