Complete Lockout
So I go to drive my 2020 BMW X5 i40 M-Sport edition today. The normal red theft lights are blinking fast (not every 2 seconds) and the key FOB does nothing. I change the battery in the FOB. Nothing. Car is locked in my garage. I use my wife's FOB. Nothing. I unlock the car manually with the actual key. No alarm, no displays, nothing. The battery seems fine as the mirror vanity lights work bright... and by pressing the radio volume button I can get the hazard triangle to briefly illuminate (but the hazards don't work)... nothing. The thing is inert. The APP on the iPhone won't unlock it and BMW connect folks can't unlock it. It was fine last night. Ideas?

seems 12V battery died
what version i-Level is it? 11/2022.56 software addressed excessive battery draw while vehicle was on standby (but that had to be loaded at the dealership). version 03/2023 provided the fix via OTA |

If you can open the trunk or get to the battery under the rear panel, I'd disconnect the negative terminal for 15 min or so and then try reconnecting and possibly stick it on a charger.
