Looking for shop for rod bearing service

So im in the market to do preventive rod bearings swap on my '12 M3. Im looking for a shop thats comfortable with BE bearing. Im seeing that shops I've talked to only do OEM bearing swaps. This does not "fix" the issue of clearances. That being said I don't want to do this every "xx,xxx" miles. If you fix the clearances issue there "shouldn't" be a need to replace them again.

So I'm located near Nuremberg, Bayern, Germany. Hoping that someone can direct me towards a shop with knowledgeable personal that speak english.
