My X50e build status just regressed from Scheduled for Build back to Order Received. My CA checked the status for me this morning. Could they have accidently resubmitted my order?

No, that is not possible since it is tied to an allocation and production number. As mentioned in another thread, it is not uncommon to have builds go backwards during times of supply chain issues when they are have trouble allocating parts. Hopefully you will see moment in a few weeks.
