Here is the thing.
Because on where it is positioned, even without Neoprene, it will be tough to adjust.
I normally take them apart again to adjust it.
The time it takes between adjusting it while in the car and out the car, is about the same. Out the car will be less muscle work.

Based on my testing, best setup is 0mm gap on the front and 10mm thread gap on the rear adjuster.

I’m not sure if anyone with no, but I was thinking of putting the bump stops from F90 M5 on when doing install of springs. I’ve heard these are shorter in design to the F95 X5M. Also does anyone know if there would be a compatibility issue?

Gonna bring it to my shop this week hopefully. Crossing my fingers this fixes it.

So, it is indeed BMW sway bar link issue.
It seems like either there is a defect on the sway bar link or the lower arm. Where it creates some tolerance and even with recommended torque, it still have some play under load.

QF8 shared the information with me.
But, since it is not in BMW bulletin yet, it is not 100% official.

Pretty much there is a gap between the lower arm and sway bar link itself.
Based on QF8 car, it is 1mm gap. So, his local dealer installed a 1mm washer to fill in the gap.

I believe this gap can be closed by tightening the bolt as I mentioned before.

I know this is mainly an MSS thread, but curious as to any feedback on the H&R setup.

No biters yet.
I have 1 set in stock and a few more on its way.
Maybe you can get it and give a review.

Thanks Ben. I will likely go with the same setup. For the front all the way down, do you think it will be riding the bump stop or is there more travel there?

Finally got around to lowering mine

Shout out to Ben @RG Sport for the MSS Springs

Also Shout out to ACHTUNING for doing the install

For anyone on the fence about this. DO IT !!!!! It looks so much better and like others have commented the drive is a bit more softer, i have no issues with it. Actually truck is my wifes and she would prefer it a little less bumpy

I did the full drop on the front and kept it 10mm above max drop in rear.

Now one of these days i will get around to installing my racechip.

MSS finally installed. Had the shop tighten the sway bar endlink plus the neoprene fix for the rear. Happy to report zero noises so far. I used Ben's recommendation max drop up front and 10mm gap in the rear which to me looks perfect without the rear looking droopy.

Thanks Ben@RGSport!

(Winter Wheels are Vossen Anthracite HF-5 in 21/22 combo. New Summer setup going on soon)

Looks incredble - thanks for sharing!

The 10mm drop in the rear means there's a 10mm (1cm) gap in the rear? I like your setup & plan to copy yours - thank you in advance!

Thanks!

It’s the setup Ben recommends and the 10mm is the gap on the MSS rear adjuster before it’s at max drop.
