There are some good shots, and some very terrible ones, in this thread. https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1780981

Based on the 2 features listed on the package I don't feel that the DAPP is worth it to me to take the car to the 100k mark. Kind of a psychological thing I guess When I built my F15 I was not aware what a big deal DHP is so I definitely felt (and am still feeling) that I missed out on that but I don't feel that will be the case with the DAPP
If I were opting for the 40i (which is still possible if they bring DHP and individual paints back to it before I order) then I may add the DAPP as an extra to make up for the lost muscle

We all have to make our own decisions as to what is worth it. Just for others reading this in the future though, the DAPP includes numerous assistance and safety features, not just two.

I originally passed on a 17% off MSRP 40i because of DAPP. To me, it's just that necessary. If I was the OP, I personally would have removed B&W and added DAPP. (Less stress driving > Amazing Audio, although some could argue that Amazing Audio = Less Stress Driving!) But at the end of the day it's all about personal preference. Test drive, check everything out, read the forum, make an informed decision, and enjoy!!!! It's your money after all! We just want you to enjoy what you paid for! |

Well I just got an update today that my car was never picked up from the VPC on Saturday because they had to switch carriers. All the bad weather has been causing delays. Still waiting for a new carrier as of 5pm today 😭😭😭
