Transit times to the PNW

My car has been in transit since Jan 29th. Any ideas on how long it takes by rail via BNSF northern transcon to Renton WA?

BMW genius had an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks.

My X3's status:

2/11: DISPATCHED FROM FACTORY
2/17: ' In Transit' (Spartanburg --> Kansas City)
2/22: ‘ In Transit’ (Kansas City —> Renton, WA , Est. arrival 3/4)

Est. arrival in Oregon around 3/10.

How did you get the status details during the in transit? Our cars may have been on the same train, the original ETA to Renton was the 20th, then weather delays, with no update to new arrival. Hard to believe a train can run a week late.

You should be able to get the bill of lading number from the dealership. Then you can call 800-497-2919. Option 2. You then enter the BNSF letters followed by the six digits immediately following the BNSF letters on the bill of lading.

At least that's what I did. My car was in transit for nearly three weeks to get to the Sacramento area.
