Just noticed my order nr recognised by MyBMW and the status shows "order received" .
What would be the subsequent updates to see if things are progressing normally? And when should I expect them?

Just asking WHAT the typical updates are, not the dates. Will order received change to a scheduled production date? Does it just change when it enters production? Should I expect to see "order received" until it enters final assembly?

16 tracking stages:

- Order Received
- Schedule for production
- Production begins
- Exterior body assembly begins
- In paint booth
- Entering assembly line
- Assembly in progress
- Quality check
- Final assembly
- Ready for transport
- Awaiting carrier assignment
- Dispatched from factory
- At the port
- In transit
- At the dealership
- Vehicle Delivered

Tracking will jump through many steps quickly as updates are delayed and not in real time.
