Sunroof blind chirp when closing

Noticed this the other day. Difficult to capture on video/sound, but the sunroof blind makes a chirping noise when closing. Can hear it at :05 mark but happens at other parts, always at the same points. Car is 2 months old.

Track just needs some lubrication. Not a big deal, dealership can handle whenever.
