Deal or no deal?
So that looks not bad, it is 6% discount before discounts, pretty good, just make sure if you use the for financing or lease they don't mark up the rates (lease Money Factor is 0.00182 and interest rate on load is either 2.89 or 4.35% check the bmwusa website for your zip code to see what your rate is). Also if you have the 4.35% rate, depending on how long you finance, the 2000 APR credit may not be worth it if you can get a better interest rate under 3%

That looks good to me - ~7% off MSRP before the incentive.

You are not providing enough information to give you an informed answer.

You said in a follow-on post that the 79,610 excludes taxes.
Does it also exclude fees and license?
Does it exclude the $3000 in incentives APR credit and loyalty?

If so, you are getting 6.6% off MSRP, which is a good deal IF you also get the incentives on top of that.

what rebate are you referring to the financing credit? I used the costco program a few weeks ago on a truck and got a discount plus a $700 costco card. my dealer is registered with costco but not sure they are going to want to allow me to use on a x5. so far i can only get them to 3 percent on a $104,500 build. 12/11 build date.

What is included in the $7,017 saving? Any other incentives or rebates or simply a discount from MSRP?

If its just discount from MSRP thats over 9% off MSRP which is really good if we are talking about a 2019 X5. I think only one member has posted a better discount in terms of percent off MSRP and he went silent when asked to share details. So, good for you if you got that much off.

Do you guys know if there is a minimum dollar amount for financing and or a minimum time to pay off?
I am thinking a guy could put 90k down and finance 25k then payoff before the first payment. then the 2k might be worth it.

I was not planning doing financing, however total of $3k off made it worth it ($2000 finance and $1000 loyalty).

I was told to finance $7500 and must keep it for 3 month.

BMW South Florida

Has anyone recently purchased in South Florida and if they can post their experience?. I am looking for M Sport Design with premium tier. The MSRP on the BMW website is $68,450.

With Costco auto program you normally drive out $1000 over msrp. Plus extra incentive. Ask the dealer to see Costco price sheet. The dealer I deal with try to get me give same offer they gave you. Today email me back about Costco price which $1000 over msrp which included incentive.

$1000 over MSRP isn't the right phrasing. Do you mean $1000 over invoice?

Probably. Sorry my English is not that great. All I know is that whatever sticker price is plus $1000 but included ttl. This dealer is bad and want to included incentive.

I contacted them through Costco program but did not offer me Costco pricing until I ask to see Costco price sheet.
