Probably. Sorry my English is not that great. All I know is that whatever sticker price is plus $1000 but included ttl. This dealer is bad and want to included incentive.

I contacted them through Costco program but did not offer me Costco pricing until I ask to see Costco price sheet.
That's really not a good deal. Sticker + $1000 is $6-7000 more than I'm paying on a $98k custom build. Unless the state has 10%+ vehicle sales tax and title that deal isn't great. Vehicle sales tax where I live is 6% and title is maybe $300.

I am a little confused about the way you guys are calculating this, but I assume invoice price plus standard government fees/taxes (California) plus acquisition fee from BMW and then minus the loyalty rebate of $1,000 is a great deal for a 2019 5.0? Also no buy up on rate. Thoughts?

I got 6.1% off MSRP + incentives on my 50i which I'll post a picture of below since people seem to have a lot of questions. It should show the deal a little better than my rather poor explanations. Ignore the $300 doc fee they deducted an extra $300 of my vehicle to account for it.

What is acoustic glass?
It's basically a way of insulating the glass via added thickness or lamination to reduce sounds by 2-3dB which makes a big difference at highway speeds.

The windshield is already acoustic, the $150 option (which shouldn't even be a question) adds it to the front two windows only. I mean it's so cheap and does a lot for $150 so you're better off adding it imo.

Correct. Most dealer that don’t offer big discount want proof. This proof can save a lot of money.

I'm not sure, but I'd bet that dealers know what their competition is offering. My dealer didn't ask for proof. When I sent my email to the dealer with my build and the price I was willing to pay (6% off MSRP + $3,000 in incentives), they didn't even ask for proof. My email was confident-sounding and it was clear I'd done my homework. They agreed to my terms without any hassle at all..

I think where the dealer has the advantage is when you want a certain monthly payment and you don't focus on the actual price of the car before you even start talking about financing options, interest rates, or trade ins. If you mix all of those pieces into the discussing before the actual price is established, the dealer has a considerable advantage. Just my experience. Others' experience may vary.

Yes, dealers are smart. They talk about "what do you wan to pay monthly" and that is a tactic to get you to pay more. Never answer that. Instead ask for the discount you know is possible otherwise you will end up paying more. I'm sure this is all part of their "sales" training and all dealers are doing this. Beware of these shenanigans!

I didn't buy mine in Texas. I'm going through Passport BMW in Maryland.
