2019 X5 50i - LA to SF on the first day
Not a lot of traffic over the Photos, Videos and Build Journals forum so reposting here...
I bought a 2019 X5 50i M Sport yesterday as an update to my much-loved 2012 X5 50i, which has been a solid workhorse for the last four years. The new car is Mineral White / Merino Black with an extensive option list: M Sport Package, Premium Package, Driving Assistance Professional Package, Parking Assistance Package, Dynamic Handling Package (including M Sport Brakes, M Sport Differential and Integral Active Steering), 21" Style 744 wheels, Luxury Seating Package, rear side shades, soft close doors, glass controls and leather dashboard. It was previously owned but in perfect condition and I got it for about 30% off the original MSRP (or 15-20% off what I could have actually purchased a comparable leftover new 2019 for). I flew down to Los Angeles to buy the car and drove it back to San Francisco - which was a great chance to get familiar with the features, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-centering steering.

Really nice looking setup. Jealous of the air suspension I didn’t get on my x6. When in the lower setting, the car sits perfect. It really makes the need for 22s non existent, especially with the lack of tire options. Well done sir.
