Turning radius w/ and w/out IAS?

Sorry if this is posted somewhere but I've searched and cannot find it.

Does anyone know the turning radius of the G05 both with and without integral active steering (IAS)?

In lieu of stats, does anyone have anecdotal experience on how much better IAS seems to make low speed turning radius?

Thanks

I have not come across official numbers but in my personal experience, it makes a significant difference.

X5 with IAS feels like an X1 during U-Turns; that's where you would feel the most impact.

Technically, IAS 'shrinks' the wheelbase at low speeds and "lengthens' it at higher speeds, to improve maneuverability at low speeds and stability at high speeds.

at low speeds the turning radius is better than my X3 was so I'd love to see hard numbers

I’d love to know the answer to this too. I’m planning to place many order in the next month or so, going with IAS primarily for the low speed maneuverability.

Looks like it’s a 3 foot smaller turning radius. Puts it on par with sedans and compact SUV’s.

Can’t seem to find specs with and without anywhere side by side. Will keep looking.

IAS makes a huge difference even coming from a G01 X3 the turning radius is really good. I highly recommend getting the option.

IAS comes with the DHP and Comfort Handling packages

It's 41,4 ft or 12.6m and it's 1m less wit IAS for 38.1 ft or 11.6m. It turns really well, but I recall that only start to work over 6km/h, so you lost some advantage at some parking situations. At the beginning you notice a rolling sensation of the rear axel, but later it disappear or you get used to it.

Is the 6 kph requirement also applicable when reversing into a parking space?

I know that's not the case, having observed the IAS steering the rear wheels on our X5 at the minimal speeds involved with parking lot maneuvering.

Yes. I don't remember where I read about that minimum limit for activation, but have not forgot about it maybe because I didn't got why would that be.
I'm not sure that the tires move when the vehicle is still, because the body only tilt, so even is itshould be working from 0km/hr, that doesn't look so, I also I recall to apply backward assistance once to check how it works and notice a little offset with the border of the garage door, must probably because of that activation limit, and the car just got through by a hair.
